Urgent Petition – Chanel Is Trying To Close Our Business/Website Again

Our website hosting provider will not be removing our website, and Google will not be de-listing our website from their search engine. Dear Beloved Customers,

Firstly, thank you for your support and trust in us over the years. Without you all, we will not be able to do whatever we are doing now.

As most of you have known, we have to change our website's domain every 2-3 months and a lot of our payment methods are banned after awhile, as Chanel and Louis Vuitton is resorting to all underhand methods to get Google to de-list our website and the payment methods that we use to stop accepting payments from our customers.

However recently, Chanel is resorting to false accusation and lies to totally get us out of business. We will need your help by leaving your comments below this post to sign this petition.

Chanel and it's lawyers are trying to close down Luxurytastic Replicas – again. They are trying to get our website hosting provider to remove our website, and get google to remove and de-list our website from Google's search engine with their lies.

Chanel and their lawyers are liars as they claimed that we sell our products as authentic Chanel, which we clearly did not. We made it clear to our customers that we are selling high-quality replicas, and we have never once sell our products as authentic.

Whilst we agree to what they have mentioned:

a.manufacturing or causing to be manufactured, importing, advertising, or promoting, distributing, selling or offering to sell counterfeit and infringing goods bearing Plaintiff's trademarks, or any confusingly similar trademarks identified in Paragraph 17 of the Complaint (the "Chanel Marks");
b.using the Chanel Marks in connection with the sale of any unauthorized goods;
f.using any reproduction, counterfeit, copy, or colorable imitation of the Chanel Marks in connection with the publicity, promotion, sale, or advertising of any goods sold by Defendants;

They are lying when they mentioned:

c.using any logo and/or layout that may be calculated to falsely advertise the services or products of Defendants as being sponsored by, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Plaintiff;
d.falsely representing themselves as being connected with Plaintiff, through sponsorship or association;e.engaging in any act that is likely to falsely cause members of the trade and/or of the purchasing public to believe any goods or services of Defendants are in any way endorsed by, approved by, and/or associated with Plaintiff;
g.affixing, applying, annexing or using in connection with the sale of any goods,a false description or representation, including words or other symbols tending to falsely describe or represent goods offered for sale or sold by Defendants as being those of Plaintiff or in any way endorsed by Plaintiff and from offering such goods in commerce;

The above points are blatant lies and false accusation as there was never once that we mentioned that we are selling authentic Chanel, we advertised clearly on our website that we are selling high quality 1:1 mirror-image replicas. All of our customers are also aware that they are buying our impeccable replicas.

We DO NOT agree to our website being removed from our website hosting provider, being removed from Google search engine and being asked to cease our operations as:

We are based and located in China, where is not against the law to replicate, manufacture and sell replicas.
It is not against the law for our customers to purchase replicas, as mentioned by the U.S. Department of Justice: "Thus it is not a crime under this act for an individual knowingly to purchase goods bearing counterfeit marks, if the purchase is for the individual's personal use" which can be seen here –

Therefore, there is no ground for Chanel's charge sheet to be implemented by our website hosting provider and Google as we are not committing any crimes.

The true criminal here is actually Chanel and it's lawyer, as their point that we sell our replicas as authentic is a false accusation and blatant lie.

We are honest people who are helping many women and men around the world to purchase what they desire at an affordable and fair price, unlike Chanel, who does daylight robbery and earns a profit of 500% and above for their products.
